Ms. Sleeth has served as our Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Capabilities and U.S. General Manager since September 2023. Prior to joining Insulet, she served as General Manager of the global Aortic business for Medtronic and also served as general manager of the global Venous business. While at Medtronic, Ms. Sleeth held multiple leadership roles, including commercial, strategy, and new product development across the cardiac and heart failure businesses. She also worked as a consultant at the Stanford Research Institute in California. Ms. Sleeth holds a Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a master’s degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies and a bachelor’s degree in history, both from Stanford University.
