Mike Panos is EVP, Chief Commercial Officer at Insulet, where he leads the Company’s global commercial organization. He brings 30 years of commercial leadership experience in the medical technology sector. Most recently, he served as Leader of Sales Excellence at Stryker Corporation. Over his career at Stryker, he held multiple senior leadership roles, including President of the Trauma and Extremities Division and President of North America and Global R&D. Mike is known for building high-performing teams, driving commercial execution, and delivering sustained growth in competitive markets. He holds a degree from Boston College.
